THREE SITES,
ONE
EXPERIENCE.
We unified the institutional website, the conferences, and the digital magazine of AIE into a single platform — clear, organized, and self-manageable.
VIEW CASE ↓01 — THE CONTEXT
A FRAGMENTED
EXPERIENCE.
AIE had years of institutional activity, conferences, and publications — but all of that lived in separate platforms: the main website, an independent website for conferences, and the digital magazine in another environment.
Users had to navigate between sites to understand the full association. And internally, every update meant deciding on which platform to make it.
02 — THE CHALLENGE
WHERE THE SITE
WAS LOSING STRENGTH.
Fragmented content
Institutional info, conferences, and the magazine lived in different environments. No one could form a complete idea of AIE from a single place.
Isolated conferences
The historical archive of conferences was a core asset — but being outside the main site, its journey was disconnected from the institutional narrative.
Multi-environment management
Updating news, events, or publications forced admins in and out of platforms. Each change cost time and technical knowledge.
03 — THE PROCESS
HOW WE ORGANIZED IT.
DECISION 01 · ARCHITECTURE
A single content tree.
We mapped the institutional, historical, editorial, and dynamic content, and arranged them into a single structure: Institutional, Members, Agenda, Conferences, Magazine, News, and Contact. Each content piece found its place without overlapping.
DECISION 02 · INSTITUTIONAL DESIGN
Sober, but alive.
We looked for an interface that conveyed prestige and solidity without becoming cold. Modular cards, clear hierarchies, and highlighted access to events and publications — making the website feel authoritative yet dynamic.
DECISION 03 · SELF-MANAGEMENT
Self-manageable WordPress.
We implemented it on WordPress with a scalable structure and editable modules. AIE can now update news, conferences, and the magazine from a single panel, without depending on multiple environments or technical support for every change.
04 — THE SOLUTION
ONE WEBSITE THAT CONTAINS
THE ENTIRE ASSOCIATION.
Simple architecture, clear hierarchies, and a single entry point. The website stopped being a showcase and started functioning as a live communication system.

06 — LEARNINGS
Long-standing institutions
don't need more content,
they need an architecture to support it.
